We were contacted 7 days after hiring Cascade. We were told the driver would be in the next day, but in fact came the same night. Dispatch told us that it would be delivered by the following Thursday, but the driver said by Tuesday, which was the actual date it was delivered. There were no problems or damage to the vehicle. My step son was excited to get his first vehicle. Anytime I contacted Cascade they were there to answer my call. I was originally quoted a lesser amount, but I was contacted for a $60 increase at the request of the driver, the prices quoted by Cascade are rock bottom, but be prepared to pay a little more or you will have a hard time finding someone to take the vehicle for the lowest price. We were very satisfied with the service by Cascade and the driver was also very polite and thorough on the vehicle inspection.
