This was the first time I have used an auto shipping company. If I ever need one again I would contact Cassade first. My call was answered by a live person. All my questions regarding shipping were answered. The car was picked up and delivered on the dates specified. Delivery was scheduled to be between 5-6PM. I was not available at the time because of a meeting and arranged with the delivery driver to make a 10PM delivery, which he did.

The driver was running behind schedule and I would like to have had a call from him explaining the situation. I was expecting delivery earlier. I stayed at home all day waiting for delivery. But I still was very pleased with the service.
