I worked with Nick as my main contact for my car transport. Nick was very helpful, and consistently called to check with the status of my move. He helped schedule my pick up. I worked with another contact with the actual pick up date. The Company was actually looking to pick up prior to my original date. When I expressed that this would not work my contact got a little frustrated and you could tell by his tone. His attitude was a slight turn-off to using Cascade as I had said that my car could not be picked up earlier when I put in my initial quote. But we were able to reschedule the date and then my car was delivered a day early which made my move a lot easier. Overall the experience was great. My car was there early, with no damages. I would suggest making sure that all personnel maintain a positive attitude. but other than that i had no issues.
