The customer service from Cascade Vehicle Shipping was impressive. This was the first time I shipped a car and Jeff was very patient and knowledgeable, walking me through the process from start to finish. The pickup was originally scheduled for Monday, but the transport company ran into difficulties...pushing the date to midweek. Finally the first transport company dropped the pickup and Cascade reposted the shipping request. A different company accepted and again had to wait a couple days before the transport company finally arrived. Once the vehicle was picked up on Saturday, it was a speedy transport, arriving 1300 miles away in 28 hours. The customer service at Cascade was 5 stars throughout the process. Throughout the delay, they were professional, honest, informative and courteous. I will definitely use them again to ship a car.
