Overall the experience was fair. It took longer than anticipated to get the vehicle shipped, but it wasnt too lengthy. The price quoted wasnt what I paid, they raised the price at the last minute citing a limited number of trucks. Not sure if that was true or not, but I wasnt impressed. The driver was great and the vehicle got there on time, which is the most important part I guess.

Steve, We are sorry that you were dissatisfied with your transport. We are sorry that they truck was delayed and that they truck requested more funds, not Cascade. Your vehicle was delivered on time, which yes is the important thing. Our quotes are only estimates not a set price like airline tickets. Again sorry if you were not happy.
