We had an inoperable car (1936 Oldsmobile, no brakes) located in a very difficult area (3 1/2 hours outside of Denver, CO). Nick was persistent and found a carrier for the car at only $60 over the quoted price. We are very pleased with the customer service we received. He was very prompt in answering all inquiries and was very honest with us from the start regarding the fact that this would be a difficult location to find a carrier. We would definitely use Cascade for any future vehicle shipments.
