We recently shipped our 23 yr old son's car from New York to California. He is going to work in a remote area where his car is his only means of transportation. We have never shipped a car before. We were a little concerned about the chance of damage or loss (even with insurance), and we had to trust a carrier that we hadn't done business with before. We shopped for a shipping company, got quotes from a half dozen, and selected Cascade because they were well-reviewed, were very personable on the phone, and their quote was very close to the average $. I had several conversations on the phone with Michelle, (our primary contact), and Kimberly before, during, and after the shipment. Each time I found them great to deal with, open and knowledgeable. They remembered who we were and treated us like friends. They called us in advance of shipment, during transit, and after delivery to make sure everything went OK. If we were to ship a car again we would definitely use Cascade.
