While it did take a long time to find a trucker willing to pick up our 1976 VW Camper, Jeff kept us informed throughout the process. Due to the age and the size of our vehicle it took longer to find the right Carrier. Jeff never left me holding on the phone and when needed returned calls promptly. When the vehicle did arrive at our home the contracting carrier was very polite and helpful.
