Overall, I had a positive experience with Cascade Vehicle Shipping (car was actually shipped by Pioneer Auto Express). The car was picked up on the day I requested, although there was some haggling back and forth on that one - having arranged one date, the company tried to switch the date several times. Ultimately, though, when I insisted on the date I that wanted and that we had originally agreed on, they were very accommodating. The driver met me at the restaurant where I was having dinner and picked up the car there. Very easy, and no complaints on

Nick George, my contact person, was very friendly and solicitous, calling me on multiple occasions during the shipping process. He didn't always have the most up-to-date information (e.g., on the expected delivery date of my vehicle), but it was nice to hear from them - made me feel as if my car were in good hands and that nobody had forgotten about me.

The delivery, 12 days after pickup, was slightly awkward - the driver spoke very little English and had an extremely thick accent, so there were a couple of miscommunications about pickup time and location. On the second delivery attempt, I realized that the driver wanted me to meet him at a Target in another city, which rubbed me the wrong way because I had no way to get there and had been under the impression that the fee included door-to-door service (which it did). Once I made this clear, though, the driver drove to my apartment and I drove him back to his truck.

The vehicle was in fine shape, albeit externally dirty (not surprisingly). I had a bunch of quite valuable goods in the trunk, and all of them were there and intact on delivery. I would recommend these guys; my only piece of advice would be to make sure you are insistent about things like pickup times and door-to-door service.
