Nick at Cascade Vehicle Shipping was very helpful, always making sure that I was kept updated regarding the status of my vehicle shipping order. He contacted me right away when he found a driver for me, and gave me the choice of going ahead with that carrier (he required $40 more than I was originally quoted) or passing and holding out for one that would do it for the lower, quoted price. He called me when the driver was delayed (only 1 day), and also called the dealer in California to let him know that the transporter would be arriving a day later than originally scheduled. After my car arrived, I had to contact Nick again regarding damage in transport, and again, he returned my calls very promptly and was very helpful, providing me with the information I needed in a timely manner. Thanks!

This is the kind of services that I offer to my customers the vehicle was delivered yes , but this is still my customer and always will be.
