Originally having scheduled a vehicle move in January, Kim was always communicative and positive as I modified the transport delivery date until this summer. I constantly was in contact with Kim throughout the 6 months and at no time did I feel that Kim was not supporting my personal needs. When the vehicle arrived in NC on time last month, I emailed Kim and thanked her for her patience and understanding during the process. Relocating people is part of my profession, I will recommend Cascade and specifically Kim to deal with their respective vehicle transport. She is a great representative for Cascade, highly professional, courteous and always had the customers' satisfaction in mind.
