Jeff Newell was really good and helpful. I was not happy with the driver used, though. He picked up the car a day late and did not leave VA for almost a week. It took 11 days to go from pickup to delivery and when I tried to call and get a status he would not return my calls and I would have to call Jeff who would get right on it. In the driver's defense, I was told he was very sick for the three days after he picked up my car. Also, he had to have the truck repaired which took a few days. I may have been the victim of an unfortunate combination of circumstances as far as timeliness for getting my car to FL. The driver would never return calls when I left a message for him. I would definitely use Cascade again because Jeff was so great about getting me the information I needed but I would request a DIFFERENT truck driver.
