I had a horrible experience the first time I transported my car so needless to say, I was very anxious about it this time around. Lucky for me, I found a great company this time. Michelle was very helpful in answering all my questions and laid my worries to rest. My car was picked up the next day. The only thing that irked me at that time was that I thought they were going to pick up my car at my apartment but instead, I was told that I may have to meet them at an alternate location because of DC laws. This was the carrier, not Cascade. I actually ended up driving my car to the trucking company's base location (~30-40 min away). In the end, I didn't mind because they guy who came to drive my car to the lot was my best friend's uncle and although he said he could drive stick, I just felt better driving it myself. My car arrived in California much earlier than expected and in good condition. Michelle followed up with me to make sure my car was picked up and the trucking company was always in communication with me, letting me know what was going on and when I could expect my car. Yay! I would definitely use Cascade again if I have to move any car in the future!
