Oil "baked" on car

shipped a 335i BMW Michelle was good to work with, the vehicle was picked up on time and delivered on time, picked up within 3 days of go ahead.
However, once vehicle was delivered, it was very dirty (not a big deal) I did notice some areas on the car body that has some oil and mentioned to driver,.....come to discover that once I washed the car, there were literaly over 100 spots where oil had dripped and now had become "baked on" into little beads. it took me sveral hours to clean off, I had to use acetone to remove. Overall, I was not happy with the experience, but glad I was able to remove the oil.

Doug, Again I feel really bad about what happened with your car. Unfortunately we at Cascade Vehicle Shipping have no control over where the vehicle is located on the carrier. It looks like by your review you really appreciated your experience with us we just have no control over the truck's actions. michelle
