From the beginning Kim has been there for me. She gave me a great quote and then a week later actually honored the quote. She dealt with some difficulties I had paying the bill and had to deal with my in-laws(which she deserves a medal of valor for). There was a mistake with Matson not being paid on time, but Kim had the issue fixed within minutes and I was able to ship my car without further issues.

The trucking company that Cascade had sub-contracted to ship my vehicle had its own set of issues. They arrived at 11:00 pm on the final day that was estimated for delivery and then their dispatcher yelled and cursed at me for not being willing to meet the driver 2 miles from my house to pick up my car. The vehicle wasn't delivered until the next day and I still had to get cascade involved otherwise the trucking company didn't want to deliver. After talking to the trucking company Kim and her crew got the issue solved and my vehicle was delivered within 30 minutes.

There were some damages done to the vehicle that Kim was more than happy to help me resolve with the trucking company's insurance company.

From the first time I spoke to Kim she treated me not as a customer but as a friend that needed a helping hand. Coming from Hawaii I learned what the true meaning of Ohana (family) was, but Kim is one of the first I have ever met that actually personifies what it means to be Ohana. I didn't have a chance to deal with other employees of Cascade, but if they are half as professional as Kim was, I know I would be impressed.

I want to thank Kim and all the other hard workers at Cascade for their help in making my move just a little bit less stressful.

You made me get teary! My mom lives in Hawaii and so I have a strong connection to the word Ohana. Thank you so much! You always made me laugh no matter what the conversation was about. Thank you Kim
