The pickup was in Brooklyn, NYC and the initial carrier would not go into the city for the pickup at the scheduled time. Brittany found another carrier that picked the vehicle the next day and because I was the last car on the truck I was the first off and the car was delivered ontime. They kept me informed during the delivery and had a competitive price.
