I used Cascade for 2 of my cars. I chose them because Kim, who helped me along the way, seemed very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and had the best availability of pickup dates. This was true for the most part. This time around (the 2nd car) they contracted out the work to a company called "Mobile Transport", which I would not recommend using again. 1 day before the pickup date, the carrier called me at 8pm and asked to pick up the car at 11pm the same night. I complied because I needed the pickup to happen and was going to be on a plane in a couple days- didn't have much of a choice. I was asked to meet at a parking lot about a mile down the road due to space constraints, but when he arrived he was driving a single-car tow truck that could have easily driven into my driveway without any hassle to me. Finally, they were 3 days late on delivery, and they did not offer any discounts for the hardships they caused me. I would recommend using Cascade Vehicle Shipping but do not recommend this particular carrier.
