I was a little weary in searching for a reputable company to transport the 2001 Benz I had just bought in FL back home to TN. I had read many of the horror stories on this site and was on a tight schedule to get the car back to TN. Michelle from Cascade was the first one to contact me via phone from the 3 companies I got online quotes from. The fact that she called me so quickly and agreed to try and find someone on such short notice went a long way. This was on a Friday. I needed the car picked up no later than Wed to be delivered before Sun. Her quote was reasonable compared to the others I'd gotten and she promised to make an effort to get someone at such short notice at that price. By Tues afternoon she had a truck for me. As it turned out, the truck carrier that agreed to do it needed another $40 to pick it up that soon and she was nice enough to absorb some of that cost. I agreed to the higher price and the truck was there to pick it up on Wed as promised. In fact, I received a call from Michelle checking on me just as the driver was loading up my ride. The driver was very cool and understood my need to get the car back home prior to Sun. So much in fact that he dropped it off on Fri.. nearly 2 days ahead of schedule! I was pleasantly surprised to find my Benz outside my door on Fri afternoon. Michelle had kept her word and stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. Being a die hard New Yorker, I grilled her pretty good throughout the process and she never flinched. Kudos Michelle! Thanks for your efforts and for making this a painless process.
