No show on pick up and significant additinal cost

The original quote was $1015. Once the vehicle was picked up they told us the charge would be $145.00 more. They never discussed this with us before they had the vehicle in their possesion therefore we had no choice but to pay it. We asked to have a manager call us to dicuss they said he probably would not be interested in talking to us about it. I left the manager a voice mail message anyway and he never called me back. The vehicle also was to be picked up origially on June 9th. They never showed for that pick up. They did pick it up abput 2 weeks later and that is when they decided to charge us an additional $145. They were very short on the phone and refused to even apologize for either the no show on the first pick up or the price increase.

Maria, The first time a truck came to pick up your vehicle, the person was not available to release the vehicle which was the 9th, so the truck had to continue on its journey. So we looked for another truck, and did find one. Tayler did discuss with you the added fee to pick up the vehicle, and you knew about the added charge. We normally charge $215.00 for our deposit, and we only collected $165.00. We put part of our deposit towards helping out for the extra cost as well fo your new transport. We did apoligize for the first truck, but we also have no control on i your pick party is able to release the vehicle. We provided our service to produce a carrier, and then a second carrier. We apologize if you did not have a positive experience.
