After a bad experience with another transport company I tried Cascade because of their reviews on this site. I got an online quote almost immediately. My first conversation with Kim put all
fears to rest. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Kim was always pleasant on the phone and the one thing I really was impressed about was the fact that she returned ALL of my calls.....promptly. The pick up and delivery was as scheduled with no problems. Their price was very competitive. I cannot say enough about this company and their professionalism and outstanding customer service. I would definitely use Cascade again. THANKS KIM!!!!!!!!!!
