My 1st pick-up day was Saturday 13 Jun with delivery on 15 Jun 09, that didn't happen really was no problem. The next pick-up day was 15 Jun with delivery 18 Jun 09. This is when the fun started my vehicle was picked up on time, but then I heard nothing for 2 days, so I called and emailed Michelle, she found out about where the vehicle was this was wednesday 17 Jun and I was then informed delivery would be friday or saturday... This was not good for me I was scheduled to depart on my timeshare vacation on friday morning...Being in the logistics field I knew they had my vehicle so I was stuck...I never paid attention to the 10 day pick-up/delivery clause, because all the reviews were early deliveries, unfortunately for me it took 7 days, Michelle did not now my time crunch until the 1st delivery date slipped to Fri/Sat...I called the Airport to get my tickets changed to open, which they could only do till Sunday...I still had not heard from the driver...cascade and the carrier dispatcher I had talked to..Dispatcher and Cascade said they will give me $50.00 discount and delivery would be friday after 5:00pm..Friday at 7:30PM, I began to make phone calls, talked to the dispatcher...they had the driver call me this was our first time talking to each other...he said the truck has broke down, delivery would be saturday morning.. Saturday morning at 10:00am I began making phone calls again to find out the truck broke down again for the problem on friday..Then he called me and said he wanted to take the vehicle back to were he got it, he was having a bad trip and making no money, I told he cannot take it back the place is closed now..He said he would call me back, I talked to cascade they said the carrier isn't making any money, so I told them that isn't my problem, I also reiterated this to the carrrier dispatcher, that isnt my problem...you took the job not me...I wish you hadn't...Then they had to go apparently they were carrying some auto dealer cars who had threatened to called the state police...Then I was told ok delivery will be sunday morning they are getting another driver to have 2 so they could drive straight threw...Sunday morning 10:00am guess what I had to call again, got the driver who then stated he is now leaving Atlanta, which was my original pick-up spot...I said what about the 2nd driver, he said he came but was not CDL qualified..deilery would be around 4:00pm, the vehicle showed up at 7:00pm...the vehicle was fine, but I got only half truths from the carrier, cascade hired this company not me..so to me they share the blame in this whole process......lost my plane tickets, I thought I would never us a broker again..the disount you get comes from the carrier who really get upste when you get one...But after thinking on it more, Cascade actually may have saved me, because I got now carrier contact until they called...I would definately use Cascade again, and I would even request Michelle by name, she was very patient and understanding, she really cared and it makes a difference....Kim was also very patient with me as this began to get crazy...All I can say is thanks Cascade, I wish I had told you about the time thing before the carrier had possession off my vehicle..To anyone else make sure you explain your situation any issue's like time..etc to your Cascade rep..
