I recently moved my 2006 Infiniti FX35 from Phoenix, Arizona to Rochester, NY. I would totally recommend Cascade to anyone that wanted to move their vehicle. I was surprised that they were able to move my car on the first day of the "window" that I gave them. I was even more surprised that it arrived in it's destination 3 days before they said it would! The only problem that occurred while it was in transit was that the door that covered the gas cap was broken off. We assumed this happened because the car was placed backward onto the carrier and at highway speeds the wind simply tore the door off. We're guessing the car wasn't designed to be driven at 60+ mph in reverse so we chalked this up to a simple accident. When the car was delivered and the damage was spotted we immediately called my local Infiniti dealer and had them quote the price to repair the damage. The driver then called the estimate into the dispatcher and from there deducted the amount from the final amount due. In addition, I noted that the car was dirty, but in all seriousness I didn't expect anything less since I opted to transport it via an open top carrier.
If I had to move my car again I would use Cascade again in a heartbeat. Nice job!!!
