Michelle was my primary contact. Michelle matched other quotes I had for $550 (her initial quote was higher) for transporting my car from north carolina to texas. A couple of days before the pick up Michelle informed that the transport company that is picking up my car needs to charge $20 extra, which I agreed to. The driver of the truck called me the night before pick up date and said he would pick up my car in the morning, but it wasn't until 9pm next day that my car was ultimately picked. The driver kept me posted of his delays, but the wait was still frustrating. The vehicle was delivered on time, no damage. The driver was professional and courteous. Overall, I am satisfed and will probably use this company again.
