It was a pleasure to work with Cascade. They were not the first company I called. The first company (not to be named here) emailed a quote and when I called, the quote went up almost $100 because of an "oversight" in pricing. When I called Cascade and talked to Taylor, I told her what my budget was and she made it work. She was able to do it for cheaper than any other quote that I got from a reputable company. There was a truck there waiting to pick up my automobile faster than I could get the bank to wire the money. Although I had to pass on that truck so that the money had time to clear, they had another one there within the week. I called to touch base with Taylor almost daily (I was excited to get my '62 Willys Pickup!) and she was always pleasant and patient to let me know what was going on and when I might expect the truck to get picked up. The truck was picked up and delivered by a very helpful and professional driver who delivered it faster than was expected. My truck had somehow lost its brakes along the way, and he took extra time to make sure it was safely lowered from the flatbed - including hooking it to the flatbed straps and ratcheting down the ramp safely - above and beyond what was his responsibility. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience - it was the first time I had a car shipped - and I will be calling Taylor at Cascade again if and when I need to move another automobile.
