Very good customer service at Cascade Vehicle Shipping. Monica was readily available and polite when contacted to answer all of my questions. My car was picked up on the scheduled day, however, the company contracted to drive the car was a little less professional. DC is a busy city and although they were able to pick up the car in my vicinity, it was a bit of a stressful experience for both the driver and myself. He loaded my car on a one way busy street with traffic blocked. I felt bad for the driver, but he seemed to manage since my car was delivered before the estimated delivery day. I have not seen the car yet, but I am told it arrived fine.
