Great service. My car was picked up late only because i had my phone on vibrate the day they were in the area and i missed their call. The drivers were hard to communicate with at times, but they were very friendly, courteous and patient. Once they picked up my vehicle, they went to great lengths to ensure it arrived at home in the best possible condition, and treated it as though it were a brand new show room auto when they dropped it off. It only took two days for them to get it from Florida to Montana. FAST!
Not only great, fast service from the drivers, but the customer service representative that stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She too ensured i received the best possible service i could, And answered any questions i may have had about the shipping.
Great company. I've used them twice, and they've done a fantastic job both times . Would definitely call them any time i need to ship a vehicle again.
