I'll start off by saying I was very happy with the speed of delivery and the condition of my vehicle when it arrived. The only part lacking was communication. We didn't hear from our driver until the scheduled day of pick up resulting in the pickup slipping by one day. Our car arrived sooner than expected, but the driver gave little notice and basically called us once he was at the delivery spot causing a bit of a mad scramble on my part. Anyway, in my opinion the drivers communication skills are not the fault of Cascade and when all was said and done I received my car 4 days early, in perfect shape, and that's what matters.
