The only issue with my experience was I had to drive 1.5 hrs through NYC downtown rush hour traffic and pay 2 tolls to pick up car because trucking company wouldn't deliver it closer without increase in COD. I guess that is reasonable... I just wish they could have picked a better location and time. Als0, it was impossible to reach trucking company myself so it was hard to determine exact car arrival time.
Overall, however, car was picked up and delivered on time at an Unbeatable price, car arrived on the day the delivery guy said it would, and I could always reach someone at Cascade to help me out.
