Knowing that I would be conducting a move for the military from Texas to Georgia on March 15th, I sent out the request for quotes about two weeks prior to the move. I received a prompt quote from Cascade Vehicle Shipping with the most competitive price for the shipment of my Honda Accord at $425. I called to the Cascade's shipping department immediately and begin direct communication with the consultant named Michelle. I requested a delivery date of March 27th, so I could take my time for the move. Michelle recommended a pick-up date of 23 March as Michelle guaranteed a delivery date of 4 days from pick-up. She also collected the information for the person (my associate) who would be present at the shipment as I would be enroute to Georgia already. I waited to confirm the order until I got closer to Georgia and called back to Michelle on or about the 18th of March. She quickly locked in the requested open carrier truck and I was all set for the p/u on March 23th despite my late call back for shipment confirmation. Michelle handled all direct communication with my associate for the pick-up and she also kept me posted of all pick-up timelines. My associate mentioned that the pick-up went flawless. The delivery was exactly on Friday, March 27th as requested and my vehicle was delivered in the great condition as it was left in Texas. The manager of the truck-driver and Cascade Shipping both called during that day to give time estimates for the anticipated arrival. I was greatly pleased with my experience. Michelle also called to ensure that the shipment went well on the monday or tuesday immediately following. I highly recommend their company and welcome any questions from those anticipating a vehicle shipment with Cascade.
