Customer beware!!!

The experience I have had can only be described as horrifying, and follow-up with the Better Business Bureau, the Washington State Attorney General, the State Police in both Washington and North Carolina, and various consumer advocate agencies and websites is ongoing.
The car was picked up a day later than contracted, and committed for delivery at an address in NC on March 8th.
At 5.00 a.m. on March 4th I recieved a phone call from a shrieking, screaming, incredibly rude and utterly unreasonable representative (Jessica) of a seperate company, Express Delivery, demanding double payment for the delivery of the car.
I contacted Cascade and was assured it would all be corrected, and that the car would be delivered as contracted and promised. The car was not delivered and as of March 12th its location is still unknown. Cascade never called me back.
Jessica, the sieking shrew from Express Delivery contacted my sister in NC and demanded more money for the car, and threatened to drop it off at a location she refused to disclose until double payment was made via cash or credit card. In the course of her ranting and screaming she also said that daily storage fees were being assessed.
The car is at this time has been reported stolen to the State Police in Washington and North Carolina.

Gerry, I just left a message for Kathy in North Carolina, and also called Express Delivery. They said they gave the address to Kathy yesterday so she could go get the vehicle. No I admit I didn't call you back, but I did send an email to you expressing what the current situation was. I looks like from this review that Express Delivery is the one you are really angry with, not Cascade. We have kept track of your vehicle, and from what I was told from Jessica was that they were going to pay for the storage, which obviously was a lie. We use this company on a regular basis, but after this we are putting them on a Do Not Use list so they won't do this to anyone else. We are sorry that this has happened to you. My suggestion would be to go find their company and give them a negative review as well. Again I am sorry for the situation Express Delivery put you in and I am doing everything I can to correct the situation. I told Fred with Express Delivery to give you a call, so hopefully he will. If he doesn't please email me and let me know so I can again check into this.
