My son and I had a very pleasant and satisfactory experience with our selection of Cascade to move my son's car from Chicago to Seattle. The timeframe we were working on for delivery was narrow and Cascade coordinated the delivery perfectly, actually 2 days earlier than expected - which was perfect. The pickup was a day late, but due to weather in the Michigan-Illinois area and Monica at Cascade communicated with us regularly. We did not select Cascade based on price, as they were in the median of our quotes. Instead, we felt that they knew their business and their 5 star rating also eveidenced their commitment to customer service. The dispatcher called us several times a day, in the days leading up to the delivery and the driver contacted us with a 2 hour window which he met. He was very courteous. We would definitely utilize Cascade for future automobile transportation.
