A great shipping company. Again.

Cascade (which I believe is an affiliate of Magic Carpet) came through for me for the second time. In March of 2008 I had my 2005 Dodge SRT-4 shipped from Corpus Christi, TX to Riverside, CA. Diane was my contact on that shipment. She was very courteous, professional, and never seemed to get annoyed or frustrated with me, even when I had to re-schedule the pick up date atleast 3 times (due to problems with the financing company). The car also arrived ahead of schedule!

The second time around I was having my International Scout II shipped from Tracey, CA to Rialto, CA. This time it was a gentleman named Bruce that handled my shipment. Although at times Bruce seemed a little eager to get off the phone, he was also very professional, helpful, and always returned my calls when he said he would. The vehicle arrived on the date, and within the hour specified.

I would also like to add that the drivers and/or secondary shipping companies they use to actually move the vehicles are top notch (I believe Cascade falls into the "Shipping Broker" category, but do not let that deter you!). In my latest shipment, the person at the origin wouldn't release the vehicle. After talking to him, and getting back in contact with the driver directly, the driver returned back to the pickup location for a second pick up attempt on the SAME NIGHT. Amazing.

Cascade is a great company, and has always quoted me the best rates (I do shop around). While I probably would still get a few quotes before scheduling a shipment, I have every reason to believe that if/when I ship a vehicle again, Cascade will be the shipper I turn to.
