Cascade did a great job with the auto transportation. Within 24 hours after I placed the order for my two vehicles to be picked up I had a call from the actual trucking company letting me know when my honda accord and ford explorer would be picked up. Cascade emailed me and called me to notify me that a company had been selected to transport my vehicles as well. Cascade also called me while the cars were in transport to notify me of ther approximate time it would take for my vehicles to arrive. The transportation company was On Thyme Transportation. My driver was named Dusty. He kept me informed of where my vehicle was. He also notifed me that they would be delayed with delivering my vehicles due to weather conditions. The same person picked up and dropped off my vehicles. The only issue that I had was that the transportation company lost my key to the car upon delivery and did not pay to replace it. This has proven to be expensive since my car key requires a microchip.
