Truck broke down prior to transporting our vehicle. Took 4 days vs 4 hours to fix. K & L Towing was excellent. They kept us informed and made it work. In fact, our vehicle was delivered to a family member of one of the employee's of the Towing Company They went above and beyond to accommodate us. In addition, both Cascade and K & L are honest and have excellent follow through. I would definitely use them again. SC
