My experience with Cascade Vehicle Shipping was great. I was pleased with the attention that Kim gave me and her diligence to correct any problems. The transporter was 1 day late and Kim did everything she could to get the pick up done prior to my departure the next day. The transporter was on time and picked up my Mini Cooper from Portland, OR. It took 11 days for it to get delivered from Oregon to Washington, DC. One caveat, the big freighter truck can not enter into city limits so I had to pick it up 40 minutes from where I live in DC. My vehicle arrived in perfect condition and I was pleased with the level of service I received from Cascade Vehicle Shipping. Kim even called me to make sure my vehicle had arrived. The cost of the open trailer was $1095. I would highly recommend using them again.
