Based on my experience with Danielle at Cascade, I was very satisfied with the service and attentiveness I received. Danielle committed to a pickup date but unfortunately there were not any truckers available for that route and so it was delayed about 5 days. Although the pickup was late, she (and Morningstar trucking) made up for it in an early delivery and great customer service, along with a great rate. I believe that they have an excellent working relationships with experiences and trusted carriers, so you are getting top notch service...not fly by night carriers. If you are thinking of a car transporter, give Cascade a chance, and most likely you won't be disappointed.
