HOLD: When a broker received their portion of the fees and have referred to a 2nd broker.

Oversize: Used to more than double the original quote and blame all futrue delays.

Estimated pickup: 7 days after charging your credit card.

Confirmed pickup: 5 monutes before the transfort arrives.

Estimated delivery: Miles traveled/ 300=days added to estimated pickup, then changes weekly
thereafter.
Will call right back: Goodbye (nothing more)

Your vehicle has been delivered: Computer generated note meaning it is one week past estimated delivery. We have no idea where your truck is and hope you have it.

Broker: A person that gives lip service between truckers / dispatchers /other brokers and car owners. As a friend told me ,you can tell they might be lying, when they move their lips.

We watch your vehicle until delivered: Once we get our money, you can deal with the brokers dispatchers and drivers yourself.

Dispute: You paid the money you got your truck, how could there be a dispute.

NEXT TIME I WILL DRIVE...

Dear Jim, We at Cascade understand that your experience with us was not what you wanted it to be, nor with the carrier, however, we did provide you with the service of finding you a carrier who picked up the vehicle. It states in our terms and conditions: Cascade Vehicle Shipping, Inc. is an agent for you. We arrange for the transportation of the vehicle by finding an appropriate carrier. We do not own trucks or physically transport the vehicle. Our services end when the carrier is assigned and contacts you regarding pickup and delivery of the vehicle. The company that we assigned to have your vehicle picked up was acting as the carrier, not as the broker. We were the broker. We actually refunded you $89.47 or your deposit to make the situation that you were facing less stressful. Your communication with the trucking company with them hanging up on you has nothing to do with Cascade. We did everything we could to help the situation. We feel like we did our job to the best of our ability and provided a service for you. We do apologize for the bad experience that you had, and for that you were reimbursed part of the deposit as our way of trying to compensate you for your troubles. Again, we are sorry for your experience.
