There were problems getting a carrier booked for the dates we had chosen. The car was picked up 10 days after the no-later-than date which caused considerable stress. However the car was picked up and delivered successfully. Better communication would have allowed us to know the status of the move and make choices accordingly that could have lessened the stress.
