Not one problem from start to finish. We decided less than a week before our move to transport one of our vehicles instead of towing it behind a 22 foot moving truck ( had done that before and it adds alot of hassle to an already stressful move). We had shipped a vehicle once before with another company so I called them first and they e-mailed me a contract, once I looked over the contract that mentioned that there could be a fuel surcharge COD I decided to look for different transport company. I started looking on line and found the transportreviews.com site and called about half a dozen companies or so. Most had similar quotes but after reading the reviews for Cascade I decided to use them (no fuel surcharge with any other company I called). I assumed that it may take 2 to 3 weeks before we would see our car again, but we could survive with one car that long. I called Glory at Cascade on June 23rd and she started looking for a carrier right away, she said it typically takes 1 to 10 days before our car will be picked up. We left our vehicle with family in upstate NY until it could be picked up. The next day, June 30th, we received a call from Cascade that the car would be picked up the next day. The driver picked up our car on July 1st at the time he had given (a great relief since I didnt want to inconvience my sister-in-law any more than we already had). On July 7th the car was delivered to Yuma, AZ at the time the driver had specified. Cross country from upstate NY to Yuma, AZ in 6 days and we were the last vehicle off the carrier and all of this took place over the 4th of July holiday week as well! Our car was on top and at the front of the carrier so it was very dirty, which I expected, but so was the one I drove myself cross country. All in all we had a great experience with Cascade and our driver and would recommend them highly.
