Brandi provided wonderful customer service. The vehicle took 11 days from available date to be picked up, however, this was reasonable in my circumstance. I have shipped from Washington to Mississippi to before, and it's just a route that takes a while to find a driver for. Brandi really worked hard to find a driver, and we did have to inch up the price a bit to get my car picked up, but she was honest about the difficulty in locating for that route. I can deal with realities as long as people are honest about it and don't blow smoke up my you know what. Honesty is what Brandi and Cascade delivered. I highly recommend this company.
