Cascade Vehicle Shipping was easy to use--this was especially important because this was my first time shipping any vehicle. In fact, my vehicle was shipped all the way from Alaska to New Mexico and this was a nerve recking experience.
My nerves were eased by the professional staff of Cascade Vehicle shipping. They assured me every step of the way. From the start, they made first contact via phone and not by email. They were straightforward about the length of time, the mode of shipping, the route, and the pricing.
Contact with the company was prompt. The only thing that was difficult to work around was that the company was closed for the weekend and holidays.
My vehicle had been tracked up until a Thursday--Friday was a holiday. I was informed that my vehicle would reach its final destination with an estimated date of Sunday. I was told this a repeated amount of times...I was going to have my vehicle in time for work on Monday with no need to try and find a replacement worker, hopefully, as estimated.
The trucking company called me Saturday after I had left a message for him on Friday and told me "I don't know what you've been told, but I will not be in NM until Monday". My work schedule is inflexible, especially for last minute requests. I had to call in sick.
I finally received my vehicle the day the trucker reported. He was prompt, very informative and knowledgeable as well. He was very mindful of the cars in his load.
Overall my experience was good. I would use this company again. I pricing was fairly reasonable, other companies were charging way more or way less (I new there was a catch--I was weary of these companies). Cascade seemed to have the most satisfied customer reviews and seemed the fairest.
