We booked transport with another company and were told our 2 vehicles would be picked up in 1 to 7 days for transport from NJ to California. After 5 days we checked in and they said not to worry. After 9 days we started to worry as we were due to move and needed our cars to be picked up. After 10 days and no pick-up, the company told us that since we weren't in a heavily populated area we might be able to entice the drive to come to our house by offering more money, or drive our cars to another location for pickup. Now a few days before we are due to move our family across the country we are worried about what to do with our cars. CASCADE came to our rescue! I called and spoke with Kim and explained our situation. Within a few hours she found a truck who would pick up our cars from NJ in 2 days and deliver them just days later in California. The cost was more than the first company we went with, but we were desperate and it was a fair price. Unfortunately, traffic and congestion in NY prohibited the driver from getting to us as expected but he arrived the next day, on July 4th, very apologetic and polite. Our cars arrived safely in California 5 days later. I would recommend Cascade for future vehicle transport. Kim was amazing - professional, confident, easy to work with and delivered as she promised.
