After I posted that I needed a car transported on the Internet Glory from Cascade was the first person to contact me on the phone minutes after posting. This is the first time i've ever shipped an auto and told her so. She was very pleasant to talk to and also very knoledgeable. There was some schedule conflicts between myself and the seller so that was taken into account. I kept Glory informed of this and she was very patient and waited on the seller to finish the prep work before shipping the car. As soon as it was ready I contacted her and she promptly had a driver pick the car up to be shipped and had it on it's way. She also explained over the phone how payment would take place and how the driver would keep me informed of the shipment and when he would be arriving with the car. A person couldn't ask for more especially if you've never done this before. Again Glory was very helpful and in the know. I wouldn't hesitate to use Cascade again in the future especially with her help. THANKS AGAIN FOR MAKING THIS A GREAT EXPERIENCE Bill
