Cascade did a great job moving my mom's car from FL to WA. The pickup date and time was almost dead-on (2 hours early) with no problems. I was able to meet the driver outside the security gate to my mother's gated community and he drove the car out to load up on the carrier. He estimated a delivery date of 6/13 but was able to get it there by 6/11. (I expected a 1-2 day window on either side of the estimated dates and this was fine with me.) Although I wasn't able to be home when he wanted to deliver the car in the morning, he adjusted his drop-offs and accommodated me by showing up later that evening. The car arrived as expected with no damage and only the expected amount of road dirt. I could have paid by cashier's check or cash. I opted for cash with no problems. I received a receipt that noted my payment amount and type and the carrier (RPM Logistics) confirmed payment later the next day. I'm hoping our furniture move goes as smoothly. Everyone involved in the process maintained excellent communication throughout. Initial cost estimate crept up before getting a committed price (as did gas prices) so this was no surprise. Cost of shipping car was actually much less than expected and quoted from other brokers. I highly recommend Cascade Vehicle Shipping. Everything happened within acceptable time frames. If you want EXACT times and dates - drive it yourself. Cross-country LTL shipping is not an exact science. Otherwise, trust CVS.
