Disappointment

I was very surprised after reading the wonderful reviews about this company to have such sloppy, albeit friendly service. After 3 calls confirming the contact information for the people from whom the car would be picked up, the company got it wrong so the pickup date was missed. After this, Cascade couldn't find someone to pick up the car at the same price and asked us to pay an extra $75 in order to attract a new shipper. They were surprised when I asked them to eat this increase in cost since they readily admitted that the situation was caused by their mistake. For another week, they never were able to set up another shipper. They told me on multiple occasions that they would call me back the same day with more information, but then I wouldn't hear anything. Overall, it's been a total waste of my time, and I am now scrambling to get my car shipped before I really need it for work.

We do apologize for the information we had incorrect, Cascade does take responsibility for that. It was a human error. Unfortunately, we did everything we could after this mistake to try to correct it. Again we apologize for human error and hope everything works out for you.
