Fairly good experience. Sandra was nice to deal with which is why I decided to use them. Was told 1-10 days pick up time and quoted $800. On about the 12th day and a change in delivery drop off point of 30 less miles was quoted an additional $235 but was to be picked up the next day. Not very quick response time on e-mails. After talking to others in the business of having vehicles delivered I found that all of this is very common in the industry. I would definitely shop around more when I move my next car.

I know your order was a little tricky due to your route being in a hard location to get to as well as the difficulty finding a carrier that could fit the dimensions of van. That was out of my hands.
