This is my second time using Cascade Vehicle Shipping. In 2011, I was relocating from Chicago to California. I researched endlessly tons of transportation companies. This research ordeal was not only time consuming and confusing, but I became very frustrated with trying to understand broker fees, transport fees, researching terrible transportation reviews and overall outrageous transport fees. Not to mention receiving literally hundreds of emails from different transport companies advertising for my business.. I wanted to pull my hair out!.. It was overwhelming indeed.

I then ran across Cascade Vehicle Shipping in my search. I decided to research Cascade Vehicle Shipping for information about them, and read nothing but excellent reviews. So, I decided to contact them.

Damon Luckey was my Rep. I was very happy to have his help because not only did he find me the best carrier on my first relocation, but he also took the time to educate me on the do's and dont's of finding the best transport company, as well as sending me detailed literature via e-mail. Damon did not pressure me at all. He listened to my financial budget, my time frame and overall developed a wonderful working professional relationship with me. OK... that part was over, but I still had anxieties about the safety of my car and weather it would be delivered on time without any damage. On the day of transport, I met the transport vendor driver who was very nice. The driver allowed me to request straps -vs- chains and reassured me of "how" he operates and the time frame he felt it would take to deliver my car. Ok... that part was over. but I was still anxious until my car was delivered in California. On the day of delivery, I was sooo relieved! My car was delivered in one piece and undamaged! Whew! I did it! Or shall I say Damon Luckey with Cascade Vehicle Shipping did it!

One year later, I had to relocate again. This time from California to MD. So of course I called Damon back with Cascade Vehicle Shipping. However, this time I was very undecided about my travel date. Again, Damon took the time to find the best carrier in my price range and scheduled my pick up date. But by that time, I wasn't ready to relocate. Damon called me not once, but several times without a response back from me. He not only called, but he followed up with emails as well. Upon finally speaking with Damon, (and apologizing for keeping him on hold), I threw out a different transportation date and month. Damon was very understanding, friendly and never gave me a hard time for being soo indecisive. Sooooo. again, he set up another transportation date with a very reputable company. Again, I was very please. My car was again delivered one day earlier without damage.... and affordable in my price range.

Cascade Vehicle Shipping........Damon Luckey. thank, thank, thank you for keeping my very happy and at ease with my two transport services. I will always recommend you Damon and will never look at another Vehicle Shipping company. Keep up the good work.

Oh yeah, one last thing... Damon has his picture posted in his email signature...... I felt as if I'd met him personally.
