Thank you to Brooke for the excellent customer service she provided with the move of our car from Virginia to Florida. As this was my first time contacting a vehicle hauling company, I was not sure what to expect. Throughout the process, I was contacted by 3 of Cascade Shipping professional, courteous and helpful staff to keep me informed. Brooke called my home at 3:30 pm yesterday (Saturday) to make sure that our vehicle had arrived safely and to be sure we were pleased with everything. Brooke sent an email Saturday evening with her contact information if I had any questions or concerns. Thank you.
