I had an excellent experience with Cascade. I worked with Malia McClain and Danielle Heagy and they both made themselves available for any questions or concerns I had. I was shipping my vehicle from Ohio to California, so it was a long trip. Pick up in Ohio was prompt and convenient. The driver was very courteous and friendly. Delivery was one day after the expected arrival date, but they let me know ahead of time, so I didn't consider that a late delivery. Receiving my car in California was convenient and again the driver was courteous and helpful. My car is white, so you could certainly tell it had been on a long journey, but once I washed it, it looked just like it did when it left Ohio! I would definitely recommend Cascade services. If I ever need to transport a car again, I will certainly go directly to them to have it done.

Yes your vehicle will defiantly be a bit dirty when shipping on an open carrier, just like if you were to drive, but we are happy with a good wash she was perfect!
