The entire process was very smooth. I put a quote in a couple months before I was set to move and they honored the quote. I originally had a quote for one car, but then switched the type of car last minute and it did not cause a problem. The driver contacted me and wanted to pick my car up a couple of days earlier than expected which wasn't an issue. I was also able to load personal items into the car which was very accommodating.
